These terms apply when you hire Naber Studio, operated by Faris Naber (“we”, “us”), for website design, development or monthly care. Your proposal describes your specific project; if it differs from these terms, the proposal wins.
Services
We design and build websites and online stores, and offer an optional monthly care plan. The scope, price and timeline for your project are set out in your proposal.
Payment
- The build fee is paid as set out in your proposal, either in full up front or as a deposit with the balance due at launch.
- The monthly care plan is billed monthly by card through Stripe, starting at launch.
- Third-party costs such as your store platform, card processing fees, domain name and paid apps are paid directly by you and are not included in our prices.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in each build. Extra changes or new work outside the proposal are billed at $75 per hour, and we’ll always tell you before starting billable work.
Refunds
- Build fee: fully refundable until design work begins. Once work has started, the build fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly care plan: there are no refunds for partial months. If you cancel, the plan runs until the end of the current billing period.
To request a refund, email hello@naberstudio.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation
The monthly care plan has a 12-month minimum term. After that, it continues month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice by email.
Your content and ownership
You own your business content (text, photos, logos and product information) and your domain name, and you’re responsible for having the right to use anything you give us. Once your build fee is paid in full, the website we designed and built for you is yours to keep.
Portfolio
With your permission, we may show your website in our portfolio. You can say no or change your mind at any time.
Limitation of liability
We work carefully, but websites depend on third-party services (hosting, store platforms, payment processors) that we don’t control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
